Loose solo seat cowl?

Everybody with a solo seat cowl 1098/848: Is your cowl loose at all, rubber buffers from the rear seat have been inserted already. Wondering if there is anything wrong with mine or this is just how they fit? Thanks!

I simply used some larger (thicker) 0-shaped grommets from our local "Clark Rubber" store and that fixes it perfectly.

Hmm. Spring and all transferred over? Mine fits tight, but at first it was loose 'cause I missed installing the spring correctly.

Mine is tight on the back end, but the front wiggles and lifts just a little bit when I move it. It almost feels like the hooked part isn't tight enough, but looking at that and the back seat they look the same size. Any ideas how to fix this? Would getting some rubber and just shaping and gluing be a viable option?
