Looking to watch movies on my palm tx

I am new to the palm world, and I am not sure what I need to load movies onto my palm. If anyone could give me some advice on how to do this I would be grateful.

Use FairUse Wizard to convert movies from DVD on your PC and TCMP to play movies on your TX (both are free). Search the threads here and you will find more details on settings to use etc. There are a vareiety of different opinions. Play around with them till you find what suits you.

To load movies onto the Palm's SD card a card reader is the fastest by far. If you don't have a card reader you can use an app such as "Card Export II" which will turn your TX into a card reader for its SD card.

I use an app on my Mac to record movies from the satellite TV reciever and turn them into .avi files for viewing on the TX.

A freeware app called "TCPMP" is probably the best app to put on the TX to view movies.
