Looking to Transfer from Michigan State University to A University in San Diego?

San Diego State University. Are there any other schools in the area? I would imagine they have a Communications program.

Or you could migrate up to UCLA from San Diego.

I am going to be completing my freshman year at MSU this year and would like to transfer to a school in San Diego, CA

My MSU GPA is approx. a 3.1
my hs gpa was a 2.7 [[so i'm improving]]
and my act score was a 27.
I'm a communications major who wants to get an occupation in Public Relations.
where should i apply and what are my chances of getting in anywhere?
I'm not a fan of Los Angeles.

and yes theres UCSD, SDSU, and university of san diego.
