Looking to spend $300-500 (unlocked) at&t compatible

Hey everyone. I'm looking to purchase a new cell/smart phone and im in the $300-500 range. I've been looking at the iPhone killers like the LGKU990 Viewty, and some phones that are more advanced than the iPhone, but not touchscreen like the Sony Ericsson K850i.

If it's not a touchscreen I sort of want to stay under the iPhone price range, just because I don't want to feel like I could have gotten something better and cheaper.

I have AT&T.
Features I'm interested in:
3-5 megapixel camera
decent web browser
3G
E-Mail capability
Nice design (not into the ugly grey nokia phones)

Any input would be great, as it's hard to find reliable reviews on some of these phones.

The LG phone you mentioned lacked the 850 MHz band so it is not a good choice for use on AT&T's network. Many people are singing the praises of the Nokia N95-3. It is quad-band and has the UMTS bands used by AT&T.

$500 will buy you:

-5 megapixel camera with a carl zeiss lens
-WiFi
-GPS
-3G Capability
-PDA functionality

The Nokia N95 (us version) is one of the most feature packed phones for your money, it blows the Iphone away. If you are one of those Iphone people that just want a phone to "show off" to friends, than the Iphone or the LG VU are definitely up your alley.

Motorola Q9h is a great phone. It has fantastic reception, voice, has built in Docs to go, built in Opera Browser, much more. Great phone.
