I have 2 brand new version 3.2 Napoleons forsale. They will activate on VZW no problems as I have gotten the MEIDs entered into there database already. They has fully unlcoked GPS also on them and I will supply the info needed to unlock GPS again if you ever had to Master Reset the device.
