Looking to obtain a street bike permit & license by july 4th?

im 18, looking to get my permit & license for a street bike by the 4th. i dont need it by then but friends of mine are going on a ride they always go on this holiday & im hoping to join them. i have rode before & i dont want to hear b/s on things not relating to my question. so just wondering if its possible to do this by the 4th. thanks guys
