Ok so I went to this new town.. And i contacted 1 realtor to begin with. I haven't signed any papers or anything, so I don't have any legal agreements attached. She has a property that she has listed that I am interested in and would like to pursue. I Also contacted a 2nd realtor, just to get extra point of view. Here's my question: Would it be best to go with the second realtor to pursue the property, so she would work in the best interest for me and not her other client. I just think if i went with the 1st realtor it would be hard to represent us both. I don't want to get a enemy or have hard feelings if I don't go with the 1st realtor. So what are you thoughts???
