Looking into trading in my 2009 Yamaha R6s?

Im looking into trading my 2009 Yamaha R6s (Raven). It has 98 original miles, and has never been dropped or modified. Does anyone know what the trade-in value would be? I currently owe about $5,000 on the bike and I never missed a payment. Also if some could, explain to me the whole trade-in proccess. Im a little confused as to how it works.
