Which martial art would you suggest or recommend in general?

Are any of these worth taking up more so than the other?

They include:

Kempo
Jujitsu
Judo
Kung-Fu
 
Jiu Jitsu. No reason in particular , It's just that I practice it also and I like it.

Many moves that are used in Judo , you will also see used in Jiu Jitsu
