Looking for ways to my costume/uniform authentic. (Army)?

I have an ACU, im gonna mainly make it authentic for halloween after that ill use it for just whatever i need.

I wana make it as authentic as i can. i have the full ACU, including under shirt, boots and hat. these are what i need.....

What rank would be best for a combat-based costume? I was gonna go for Master Sergeant or Captain, but ill go for whatevers best. (Sergeant +)

Are there any little extra bits i could throw on to help make it more authentic?
