termination fee.? I need to get out of my current contract on one line of a family plan with ATT. My grandpa accidentally upgraded my line when he meant to sign a new one, and now neither my line or the new one can be upgraded untill 2011. There are hot deals on amazon wireless, and this is really screwing me, because i hate my phone. I need to dodge this ETF by citing materially adverse changes sometime in the last month. I also need to know if bailing can cancel only my contract on this line, and not the other lines on the family plan. Because the ETF is separate by line, i imagine i can get out of it line by line as well. After bailing on this family plan and dodging that ETF, can i then call sales and ask for a new line(on the same family plan) right away? I know i'll have a new number, 75 bucks for a Fuze is worth it. So really what im looking for are materially adverse changes sometime in the last month, or upcoming changes that we know(or suspect) are in the tube. Thanks for reading.
