Looking for unique dining in New York City for 12 people...?

I'm hosting an event in New York City on Monday, Oct 3rd. Looking for a unique, unusual, different dining event for 12 business colleagues. We'll be in Manhattan....welcome suggestions for the area. Already tried the Bateaux dinner cruise (closed on Mondays). A chef's table somewhere? Dinner theatre? Something interactive? Tx in advance!
