Looking for the name of a very old game, you were in a comic book.?

You somehow got trapped in a comic book, you could pick up this gold fist among other things, and the gold fist made you destroy everything in the "frame" that you were in. you start off in a sewer then work your way into other things. AGH its killing me that i cant remember. i think it was by SEGA and it ran with Windows 95 or 98.
