The statement said something like "at what point..." does the State stop interfering with the rights and duties of a parent? The statement was very powerful. It is a fundamental and natural rights of parents to raise their children as they see fit, and that quote said it perfectly. I just can't remember if this was the case, or where I would be able to find it again.
