Looking for success stories on using Clomid and hCG shot?

After trying for 2 yrs to conceive, and pelvic pain, went in to dr to find out I had a endometrioma on my left ovary. Had laparoscopic surgery to remove cyst and also found out I have endometriosis. Went to a fertility Dr and after all the testing wants to try Clomid with ultrasounds and hCG injection. Have been looking at others answers to similar questions but everyone I find is over a yr old or the people had PCOS, which is definately different from endometriosis. Was just wondering what to expect and how many cycles people had to go through to get pregnant. Any info would be great. Also I am 26 which is why my Dr wants to go this route first. Just wondering if I should start here, or start a little more aggressive. Thanks
