Looking for some suggestions for workout music

Hey everyone. My gym playlist is getting a bit stale. Need some suggestions for workout songs. The kind of stuff I like is high tempo, heavy guitar sound for rock/metal, and high bass hip hop/techno.

Here's some of the banRAB I've been listening to lately if it helps
- Scooter (hard dance)
- Ensiferum (Folk Metal)
- Wintersun (Folk Metal)
- Rise Against (Punkish Rock)
- Stratovarius (Power Metal)
- Sabaton (Power Metal)
- Lupe Fiasco (Hip-Hop)
- Wu-Tang Clan (Hip-Hop)
- Lady Gaga (inb4mockery)
- The Fall of Troy (Post-Hardcoreish)
- Alexisonfire (Post-Hardcore)

personally, i would suggest avoiding metal/rock for working out, but thats just me. I am a metal first guy, but i found for working out rechno/dance music works great. The fast beat keeps me going, and forces me to keep a faster pace, good for aerobics, bad for weightlifting. I am focusing on loosing weight, so techno/dance has worked great, i found that rock tended to be too fast or too slow.

Anyway, if your listening to gaga like i am, try some of Adam Lambert's stuff. For your entertainment and Fever (written by gaga) work great for me. If you like Alexisonfire/Rise Against, who i am going to see in march, try Billy Talent (headlining band) or Cage the Elephant. Random techno works well, just get anything by tiesto, most of his stuff is generic and easy to get into a rhythm.

metal ftw. it gets me pissed off to help with workout. but i have never tried techno.

lamb of god
kalmah
children of bodom
