Looking for some good restaurants in Toronto, but not TOO dressy.?

Taking a trip this July with my boyfriend, and will probably be staying at the Delta Chelsea. I've become a big fan of creme brulee, and I'm wondering what places are around that offer it, but aren't too dressy, because we just aren't the type to dress up to eat. (I know the hotel offers it, but the flavor they offer doesn't really appeal to me.)

Also, I've been wanting to try beef wellington for a while now, are there any restaurants around that serve this dish?
