I am a 17 year old varsity soccer player. 6'1 160-170 lbs. I am going into the marines at the end of the year and have really dropped the ball as far as weight lifting goes the past year or so. I need to start building some muscle and all my friends have been using protein drinks and I have noticed the results. Since I need to really get my pullup and curl up count up I was looking into prtoein drinks as some extra help. Even though I work out after school everyday, I know that it can be unhealthy so I was wondering what kind and amount would be good for me? I don't want to turn into a huge beast but would like some more definition and something that will be healthy but still get my count up. help?
