This may not be exactly what you looking for but it is a great action comedy:

History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi (where the anime enRAB, the manga continues. I recommend reading the manga after watching the anime to help finish the story).

I thought that the very end of the show was very good; the segment after the credits sequence of the last episode ties things up quite nicely.

So you like Bleach and Naruto eh. Thats easy!

Chrome Shelled Regios
Soul Eater
Kiba
Juushin enbu
Getbackers
To aru majutsu no index
Sekirei
Elemental Gelade
Heroic Age
Gintama
D. Grayman
Nurarihyon no Mago
Tokyo Underground
Tokyo Majin
Omamori Himari
World Destruction
Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari
Bakemonogatari
Busou Renken
..................................Throw a rock and hit one.

If you're looking for animes that are similar in style to Bleach, Naruto and One Piece, you'll want to check out:

Soul Eater
D. Gray Man
Katekyo Hitman Reborn

These three are long and similar to the three you mentioned, with over-the-top action and characters that grow from zero to hero and get progressively more powerful throughout the series.

Try Black Lagoon

Okajima Rokuro is a Japanese businessman in a town full of Japanese businessmen. His normal day consists of social drinking with clients and being kicked around by his bosses. He finally gets a break though, as he's sent by his company to the tropical seas of Eastern China to deliver a disc. But his boat gets hijacked by a band of mercenaries hired to retrieve the disc. Rock (as he is newly dubbed by his captors) catches the interest of the only female merc Revy as she thinks he's worth a ransom, taking him hostage. However, the disc that was stolen has a terrible secret that's unknown to Rock, which causes massive confusion and chaos for both him and his kidnappers.

Try this: Claymore

In a world constantly haunted by demonic predators known as "Youma", the everyday life of humans is full of fear and suspicion, as these monsters easily blend into human society to hunt their hapless prey. However, in this world, there is also a mysterious organization, employing half-human, half-Youma warriors to effectively track down and kill the demons. Called "silver eyed witches" or "Claymores" after the huge Claymore sworRAB they carry, these female warriors are eyed with suspicion and distrust by most because of their inhuman powers.

When the young boy Raki meets Clare, a Claymore sent to kill the Youma haunting his hometown, he is eventually caught in a story of love, revenge and treachery, as Clare's past meets with her future...

Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan
As mentioned by others, I really think it's marvelous, the fights aren't really that good but they aren't bad either, they are more like there to set this series on it's track, it had an interesting storyline, amazing characters and above all, an ASTOUNDING ending, a very sad one but god it was so perfect!

D.Gray Man
I really liked the storyline, some might think the villain is somewhat ridiculous but I think his looks is perfect for his role, really I can't imagine any other than him being the villain, though if you got hooked up, you might be disappointed as to where the anime ended, and all of the hiatus the manga has been going in, so it will still leave you wondering about a lot of stuff.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
I'd suggest going for Brotherhood as it sticks to the manga, it's really good, so try giving it a chance if you haven't.

Soul Eater
It might gets on your nerves (Especially, Maka, don't like the voice acting nor the personality of her) at the beginning but as the story develops, it's kinda nice to watch, I got interested in it, so I'd suggest giving it a try, too.

Gintama
If you're looking for humor, THIS IS the anime for you. It's hilarious, I never got bored of it, also, when they get into serious arcs, the fights are amazingly awesome. I LOVE this anime! EPIC!

History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi
Like someone recommended above, I'd recommend this too, I thought I had enough of martial arts anime, but somehow this anime, just hooked me up to it, it was really amazing, though, I really wanted more of the manga to be animated but oh well, a few better than nothing.

Well, I recommend those for now, if you gave them a try and liked them, I guess I can throw a few others which I like.
