I used to watch this drama when I was a kid, so the years it aired could have been anything from the late 80s - 1999. Its a martial arts Chinese drama and I think the main characters name was Na Ja and the girl he liked was Bai something something. And like I remember he was born from this ball or something and the opening title sequence has catchy music. I believe the main guy is after the main girl, but there's another guy who likes the main girl, and there's this witch lady who wants to kill the main guy, so she sends in this secondary girl to kill/distract him but then the second guy falls in love with her. Something like that.
