I am looking for legal precedent's that say that DOMA is unconstitutional because it forces people to break the law by marrying when they are neither male nor female (intersex). This is for an assignment I have for a class. Or that it is unconstitutional because it leaves out the intersexed in the right to marry completely. Thank you for your help.
