Does anybody know of any gyms in the Washington DC metro area that offer semi-contact kickboxing classes?
When I say semi-contact, I mean classes where you put gloves on and hit punching bags. I've fallen for way too many "kickboxing" classes where you were punching and kicking the air to the music of Lady Gaga. No offense to her, but the only sound I'd like to hear in a kickboxing class is the sound of the bags being hit. Does any gym in the DC area offer this, or will I just have to suck it up and endure more Cardio Kickboxing with a techno soundtrack?
