Looking for great Photo printing software?

PShop is fine for most images printed singly. But I am looking for software that will print like the photo screen saver in Vista. Where I can print with frames, cants, and skews that already exist in the software. Does this exist? Already have the best library software in Thumbs Plus from Cerious. Need great printing software. Thanks
PhotoCool looks good but I think it is mainly thumbnail software what I call library software. The printing is the key. I need softare that doesn't limit me to 4x6 or 8x10
 
Well, i typed it up on google and i came up with a nice site called http://www.ussun.com/ i Reviewed and it looks pretty practical.
