The seesaw press method involves pressing a certain amount of weight on the decline bench, then doing the same weight on the flat bench, then the same weight on the incline bench. After you are able to press the same amount of weight on the incline press as you did with the decline, you work our way back to the decline; and by the time you're there, you are pressing even more weight on the decline. Allowing you to start the process over again. What do you guys think?
