I bought "pork sirloin cubes for kabobs" (that is what the sticker states on the package) at my local grocery store. Does anyone know a good way to bake/roast them in the oven, non kabob? What temp and how long? The entire package is only 1.27lbs. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks, Donna

One more thing, to keep them juicy in the oven should I cover them? Should I sear them?
