without the area code(only 7 digits)? or 1 that will allow me to select the 7 digits of my number...money is not an issue
 
You will be looking forever. No one can issue a phone without an area code. Cell phone companies are issued numbers - not all are available to each carrier. Also, the first 3 numbers (the exchange) are tied to the area code. So, you can choose among available numbers but you can't choose your own.
