Looking for apartment in Virginia Beach, VA that accepts financial aid.?

I am relocating to Virginia Beach, VA and looking for a 1br/1ba, 750 sq. ft. without counting a patio or storage. What apartments will accept Financial Aid? I plan to get a job when I get there but for now all I have is my aid from school? Can anyone suggest any apartments other than boardwalkrealty.com. They seem pretty good and have several properties but their apartments are small and I would like to have a plan B and C. JIC
