Looking for any Ideas!

6 weeks ago I developed a burning in both nipples that came and went over a 3 day period. After that the pain went to left arm and chest area. 2 diffrent trips to the E.R ruled out heart issues. The pain is still mainly on the left side just under the ribs but also spreaRAB across the chest and back area. There has been a little heartburn and pain under the left arm in the lymph area. CT Scan found 4.3 cm nodule on left side of my Thyroid. Nodule was found to be benign. Along with the pain I am having I have lost about 15 lb over the last four weeks and have also had an increase in the nuraber of bowel movements. My voice has started to become hoarse but not on a regular basis. Any thoughts if I should continue to follow the Thyroid path or should I look for other paths to pursue? Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
 
Not a Jogger-But I do walk. X-ray and CT scan of lungs were negative. Bottom of ribs and and belly left side. No fevers but lymp issues have not been ruled out. Thyroid blood test THS was slightly low T3 & T4 were fine. Colonoscopy was done last week and was fine. Bowel movements have changed from 1 AM to 3-4 usually AM first one or two are firm and the others loose. 3or so weeks ago they were very loose. I have asked for an Endoscopy has not happened yet.
 
Went to the University Hospital in my area today and saw the Thyroid people. They agreed that most of my issues were not my Thyroid. Family doc is starting to think more of Autoimmune issues ANA screen came back with elevated levels. Which one? No clue as of yet. Time will tell...
