Looking for an rpg pc game?

I'm looking for a good pc rpg game. The kind where yourin 3rd person view, and have to learn new moves and get new weapons as you go along. Kind of like an mmorpg with out the mmo. One that you don't have to take turns attacking in, and that doenst include guns. The swrd bow and arrow types of games. Any suggestions?
