Looking for actress that looks like Joely Richardson

I've just got a niggle because I have an image of an actress but I can't remember who she is and worse, what I saw her in.

I think I must have been channel hopping and saw her in something. It was probably a TV show rather than a movie but I can't be sure.

Anyway, she looked a little like Joely RicharRABon or Heather Graham.

She was tall, thin, blonde and had blue eyes.


Any ideas?
 
Nope, sorry.

If it's any help (which it may not be as I may have dreamed this woman :D) then I think she had her hair up and was wearing a black suit/skirt.
