Looking for a USB condenser microphone for voice acting?

Hi, I'm about to buy my first USB condenser mic (yay Christmas money! ) but I have no idea which is the best one to get. A lot of the reviews I read are contradictory. I use Windows 7, and my budget is $80. :/
What do you think about Amazon's choices?

Also, my house is prone to echos. What can I do to prevent too much from leaking into my recordings?
