looking for a Smart Phone with good video playback

Hello,

I?m looking for a phone or smart phone that has:
- good video playback. So a bigger screen size and higher resolution is important (640 x 480 would be great, dunno if possible though on a smartphone)
- can sync to Outlook so I can read and compose email
- can add micro hard drive (or miniSD) to store all my video files

any recommendations?
