Looking for a slideout qwerty keyboard + touchscreen

Here's what I'm looking for:

- Phone that is provided by Canadian carriers
- Real qwerty keyboard
- Touchscreen
- Not a smartphone with the data plan

Here's what I've found up to now:

- LG Voyager + the attaching keyboard
It's kind of thick.

- LG Xenon
What I was about to buy today. However, the seller told me that this is one of the phones with the most problems. So... :(

- LG neon
Is really... ugly

- Samsung Impression
Not available in Canada.

Anyone else have any ideas? :befuddled
 
I think that the Sony Xperia X1a is considered a smartphone, and Rogers won't do a non data plan deal on that phone, I'm pretty sure. That is a HUP deal I mean.

What other non smartphone, with the QWERTY keyboard could you suggest to him ? Are you looking for Wi-fi support ?

I used an LG Xenon for about a day or two and its actually not bad. It hasn't had any problems at all :P . The touchscreen is something you need to get used to and also the qwerty keypad as well. But overall, it seemed like a really nice phone. I actually have a brand new one for sale locked on Bell Mobility.. but I am only selling it to local so if your in Vancouver then give me a PM :)
 
Haha thanks, but I live no where near Vancouver :P. The phone does look nice, but what I've heard is that:

1) The touchscreen is not very responsive
2) It "breaks" often (from the rogers sales person, told me that he often sees it turned in for repairs, more so than other phones)
