Looking for a new phone

I'm just kinda nit picky about certain things. I guess my old phone had me kinda spoiled, so when it broke, and a friend gave me his old phone, I didn't realize how annoyed I could get about some of the differences.

Anyway, I need a phone that will take an AT&T Sim card, plus the following features:

Flip Phone
No T9 (or a way to disable it)
I'd like it to keep what I was doing when I close the phone, rather than canceling it
Ability to load custom tones (though I'm sure all phones do this now)
Send at least 1000 characters in a single text(my current phone supports less than 250 :flamemad: )
External screen
Tone and vibration simultaneously
Alarm
Calendar
Notes
AIM

I'd like something cheap, but I'd be willing to shell out for the right phone. I don't need games, or weird apps, just a basic phone that fits my odd set of criteria.

There are many phones that will allow you to type more than 250 characters in a txt msg, but it will be broken up into multiple messages when sent. This is done by the provider.
 
If you can get the iPhone. I have a Blackberry for work, and my family all have the iPhone. My company is on a BES so I have to use the Blackberry, but if it was not for that the iPhone is where I would be.
