Looking for a new phone

Im looking for a new ATT phone. I want to be able to sync it with my outlook at work for calender/contacts. I have a moto razr and its a pain to sync with outlook. I dont need to be able to do emails on it or web so I think a pda phone is overkill so probably a pearl or blackjack maybe? Any suggestions?
