Looking for a New Cell Phone... Suggestions Needed! (Alltel)?

try a nokia 5800 xpress music
is touch screen
has a good camera
you can get onto youtube and facebook and most websites
i bought one for about £200 on pay as you go (not sure in $)

but you could get an iPhone but im not sure how much it cost

So I'm looking into getting a New Cell Phone. I'm seeking these features, but any suggestions or anything related to a cellphone version of consumer reports would be great! And my Network is Alltel.

Hoping for these Features:

Touch Screen
Quality Camera w/ Decent Zoom
Youtube Access
Internet Capability
Facebook and Other Mobile Applications Available

Budget: $399.00

(BTW I have looked at the Trident but am not interested in that particular model)
