Looking for a job , i have a financial background , and its all about commissions ?

I'm a single mother living in Orange County , CA , MY background is totally financial , im currently jobless and i have all my licenses that is required by any bank , i applied online a lot but i had no response accept from sales managers which is commission base , i need a job badly what to do ?
