I watched a horror movie late at night on tv last year. It was old. 70s or 80s and foreign made.
There was a little kid in it. The film opening with him looking at the picture of a house and seeing something spooky in it. And they moved into a house that was either haunted or there was a killer nearby. The nanny or housecleaner was killed. The parents were too, as far as I know. And there was something to do with a basement.
The child's voice had a really bad dubbing job too.
