I work for a large retail company and have a retailation, age and sex discrimation charge against my employer. We are going to mediation. I have consulted with an attorney and ask her for advice on what I should look for out of this and she gives me no ideas, just keeps saying I need to decide... OKAY, got that but I need some help here..
