Looking for a good backup phone

So, life with only one (operational) GSM phone is lonely, and I've decided to get a backup phone. The phone must have excellent reception, bluetooth, quadband (or have GSM 850), a good display and be something other then Sony Ericsson (I like Sony, I just don't want two of them). Music is not a major thing as I don't use that function a lot, but I would appreciate a functional flash.

So far, the Nokia 6682, Motorola RAZR V3i (I like the MAXX but there is not confirmed GSM 850 edit for it yet), and the Motorola E680i are my options right now. Any suggestions?
 
Currently I use Nokia E50
It's Symbian phone with great sound.
LCD - 320x240 16M Colors (on Nokia site said it's 265k but it's not true)
CPU - 231MHz
Perfect business design!
