Looking for a gaming phone on an unlimited carrier

I live in Florida, in the USA and would like to get a good gaming phone on an unlimited network such as MetroPCS, Boost, etc. Expandable memory would be nice, especially if I can load the games through it. Here's the list of games I'd like it to be able to play.

Devil May Cry 3d
Swords & Spells(or whatever the name of that 3d MMO from fishlabs is)
Blood+
Galaxy on Fire
Guilty Gear X Mobile

This obviously means it needs a java loader with good specs and a good amount of RAM, but I'm not looking to spend more than about 300 bucks. Does such a device exist? If you have to show me one out of my price range, that's ok, just don't give me anything that isn't able to be used on an unlimited network. Thanks!
 
It sounds more like you need either a PSP or a Nintendo DS or something along those lines. The unlimited providers may be unlimited, but their selection of phones is pretty limited. I would pick the provider first, and then check to see what devices will be compatible. After that, you can make an educated purchase.
 
I already have those, actually. It's just I'd like to have a decent gaming/media phone as well and there are some phone games that can't be emulated on those platforms.
