The movie has an F in the title. It's about a small town that's hit by tornadoes or something and only several kids survive the disaster. One of the kids rides a skateboard everywhere he goes while wearing rabbit ears. He thinks it came out in the '90's sometime but is not sure. Anyone have any idea what that movie might be?
