I live in Orlando, FL and me and my girlfriend and planning to move somewhere we're both big into art and culture and social lives and I'm wondering where would be a good bet. I like public transportation and not having to drive everywhere and was wondering if anyone had some good ideas I've heard Seattle and New York but other than that I'm oblivious =(. please help.
