Looking for a book not sure the title or author but know the plot and storyline.?

I'm looking for a book that was about a woman who makes dolls for a living. She has three children a 12 year old boy and 2 identical twins a girl and boy 6 years old. She finds an ad in the newspaper about a woman looking for her daughter because the woman with the kids and the husband is adopted. They find a rich old woman who turns out that she tricks the woman just to get the young childrens blood. The older son is not tricked and saves the brother and sister after he realizes smthg is wrong. Pretty much the "grandma? was just pretending so she could get children, she new it was not her daughter.
