Im 16 over weight and tired of it and wanna lose some weight my goal is 195 or 200lbs! and i need a "Big Boy Bike" price is not much of a problem. thanks

Visit the local bike shops, Trek rates their mountain bikes at 300 lbs but most quality bikes will hold that much. The most important thing is to get the correct size frame so it will be comfortable to ride. You want a hard tail mountain bike, comfort bike or a hybrid of the two. Forks with a lock out feature will help you climb hills and save energy when they are not needed. Start out slow and ride for distance not speed and you will enjoy it a lot more. It will take several weeks to get to the point where you are burning a bunch of calories. Diet is very important because you can out eat any exercise you do.

to be that much overweight u need to see a dr. first.
U may have heart problems or something bad go wrong starting any kind of execise without a dr. knowing about it to see if ur up to it.

You can buy a 26 inch bike that will support that much weight, at Wal Mart or target for a little over 100. Most brands are capable. But the strongest I have found is a Schwinn.
