LOOKING FOR 7 DAY WORKOUT PLAN to build arm muscle and lose a bit of weight?

(Looking for people with experience, or knowledge of the subject, and also please don't say that I should't be doing ________, im too young.)
Im 14, somewhere around 140 (im not buff, i have some muscle but part of the 140 is fat)
Im looking to build muscles, mostly in my arms, and lose a bit of weight too.
Right now when I bench I do 95lb 4x6
I don't really have any more weights to add onto that so i dont really practice dead lifts or anything else.
I dont have much supplies, i do my stuff at home. I have the bar for benching, i probably have about 110 lb total. I have what i bench with, then i curl 15 lb each arm (alternating dumbell curls) at 4x20
15lb is easy, even at 20 reps, but switching the weights from the bench bar to curling bar gets annoying, but if the plan involves that, I'll do it. the only other thing I have to work with is an exercise bike, which I dont use often because i was just looking to build muscle when I started working out.
I've been doing the muscle work-outs for a few months now and would like a workout plan (7-day) and I think I've given enough information to get something rough. Thanks.
