Lookiing for cheap romantic restaurant in london?

i'm looking or a cheap (under £10 per person) restaurant to go to with my girlfriend on valentines day, in central london. Does anyone have any ideas?i want the restaurant to be dark and romantic.
btw we're 16 years old...
