never had it so good in history? No other country has such nice accomodations and considerate treatment, even for their own people in jail.
Now in Bagrum in Afghanistan there are thousands of prisoners held under the same circumstances as far as evidence, but they can't appeal to our courts like the Gitmo guys can, and it's much worse conditions there. Do the democrats really care about these people? NOOOO, they only care about the issue. Talking about those people is only a pretext to attack Bush.
Now they have to back up their bull so they are going to bring those crazy genocidal terrorists to the US? Just to cover a disengenuous issue they use to campaign for the presidency?
Is that a good way to run policy for our country?
Image is important, so why did democrats, including their media spend so much time bashing the US about Gitmo using lies and distortions? Our image went through a character assasination at the hands of the left, and Gitmo was only a tool for this ... Gitmo was never the problem, it's a great prison. Fascism IS the probelm and the reason Gitmo was used to trash the US, because it helped them get to Bush and gain power ... nice huh? That is who is running your country right now, and they are screwing you right now, and you probably won't figure it out until it's to late to do anything about it.
