Look for Mac software to convert FLV videos to my iPhone with no watermark?

Look in your Applications folder. You may already have all you need except the free codecs. BTW, you make me type too much if you don't tell what OS version, and what iMovie version. :-(

Install Perian to enable editing FLV files in iMovie 6.0.3 or earlier.
Install Perian, and then open any FLV file in QuickTime X (OS 10.6 or later), and go to File > "Save as" a .MOV. You can then use any version of iMovie to "Share" a .MOV to iPod /iPhone format.

You can also use MPEG Streamclip beta, link below, to export as MP4. (The ready-for-primetime version does not do FLV.)
