Hi, should I let the tenant paint apartment in brown? On one hand it can attract less tenants in the future. on the other hand the tenant has lived in the place for 20 years so maybe will stay another 5-10 years in which case can choose any color he wants. Thoughts? (tenant will paint so is not asking for money or something. it's just that the color is not standard and that is the source of my dilemma) THANKS.
